Clash Detection Services

Tesla Outsourcing Services is a BIM Service Provider that offering high-end Clash Detection Services. We combine strategy, customer insight and modern technology to provide superior project outcomes in quick turnaround time.

Construction projects are complex and involve coordination between architectural, structural and engineering disciplines. Any errors during the onsite building process could lead to high-cost implications. Our accurate BIM Clash Detection Services enable engineers and architects to identify, inspect and resolve any clash in the designing phase itself, thereby saving time, resources and money.

We have successfully collaborated with some of the world’s leading construction companies over the past 16 years. Our vast and diverse experience makes us one of the leading companies offering MEP Clash Detection services.

Our Clash Detection Services

MEP Clash Detection

MEP Clash Detection

MEP Clash Detection Services identifies spatial conflicts, restraints, or sequencing issues detecting interferences that can lead to any problems during the lifecycle of the building. Our clash-free and coordinated BIM Models can be used during the on-site construction.

We create mechanical, electrical, and plumbing 3D models according to our client’s requirements. We can also efficiently embed various levels of detail (LOD) into the MEP model. In order to provide clash free models our MEP BIM Engineers follow a collaborative approach that highlights interferences and then provides suitable design solutions to resolve them.

What are Clash Detection Services?

Clash Detection is a very important phase of BIM Coordination. A clash can occur when two elements are occupying the same space (hard clash) or when any element has not been given the accurate spatial or geometric tolerances it requires or its buffer zone is breached (soft clash). A clash can also occur when inconsistent or conflicting building information (workflow clash). Clash Detection is the technique of identifying such clashes.

Clashes have always been present, even in the old construction projects. However, in 2D drawings their detection was error prone, leading to a lot of delays and monetary setbacks. With the modern methods of clash detection tools like Revit and Navisworks it is possible to detect clashes early on and resolve them before the design goes into construction.
