BIM Modeling for Commercial Structures
This BIM project highlights our role in the successful redevelopment of two commercial structures: a Library and a Bank, utilizing advanced BIM methodologies.
Leveraging existing CAD documentation and photographic records provided by the client, our team delivered comprehensive LOD 350 BIM models across Architectural, Structural/Steel Structural, and MEP disciplines.
Our scope included both the accurate documentation of existing conditions slated for demolition and the detailed modeling of proposed new construction. By expertly employing Revit’s phasing capabilities, we clearly differentiated between existing and new construction phases.
This crucial step facilitated precise sequencing and significantly enhanced project coordination for the redevelopment, ultimately ensuring a high level of accuracy and efficiency. This project further solidifies our reputation as a reliable BIM partner for complex, multi-phase international endeavors.
