Project Summary

Tesla Outsourcing Services developed a complete BIM Coordinated model for the TVC Tower in London. The client, a well-known onsite construction company in the UK, required a highly detailed model built from scratch. The facility spans 700,000 square feet. We successfully completed the Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing models within the required schedule.

MEP BIM Modeling from scratch based on client inputs.

Project Execution and Coordination

We assigned a dedicated team of 20 BIM engineers to this challenging project. Ten technicians focused on building the detail-rich Architectural and Structural models. The remaining ten technicians developed the complex Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems. We created these models in phases using the provided input drawings.

Once modeling was complete, our team performed rigorous clash detection. We successfully coordinated the MEP services with the architectural and structural disciplines to resolve all spatial conflicts before construction.
