Delivered a complete Scan-to-BIM Revit model at LOD 300 for a 300 m² heritage restaurant in Piccadilly, London, leveraging high-resolution laser scans and historic façade imagery. Our team reconstructed two ornate façades, terrace upstands, chimneys, and ground-floor doors and columns with custom parametric window and door families, filled in missing scan segments to generate accurate floor slabs and load-bearing walls, and produced finished BIM deliverables within a ten-day turnaround despite tight site constraints.
