Executed full MEP Revit modeling at LOD 350 for the seven-storey Battersea Power Station redevelopment (approx. 50,000 m²), integrating mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire-protection systems into the historic shell. The team mapped ductwork, pipework, HVAC, and fire-sprinkler layouts against 2D service drawings and as-built surveys (Laser Scans), resolved over 250 model clashes through coordination workshops, and supplied coordinated shop drawings and clash-free BIM data in 15 working days.
